Bronwyn has over 20 years executive experience in health technology commercialisation, venture capital, capital raising and industry advocacy. In 2017 she founded ANDHealth, an organisation that supports digital health companies in Australia by providing education, resources, non-dilutive funding and mentorship to help them navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry.
ANDHealth is now one of Australia’s leading health technology commercialisation organisations with companies participating in its flagship ANDHealth+ program raising $19.70 in new capital and generating $6.70 in new revenues for every dollar invested. ANDHealth manages over $30M in public and private commitments to digital health commercialisation, and provides specialist support to a further $100M of funding managed by Brandon Capital.
Bronwyn has been a Member of the Council of the National Health & Medical Research Council since 2021. She is also currently a Non-Executive Director of Lumos Diagnostics Ltd (ASX.LDX) alongside a number of other advisory roles.
With executive management and board level experience spanning government, commercial and academic sectors, Damien Millen brings strong management, advisory and industry sector knowledge to ANDHealth. Damien has specialised in the areas of innovation, commercialisation, law and investment. With a demonstrable track record in achieving high yield investments for government and commercial parties, Damien is recognised for providing high-quality advice to government and the sector and leading high value projects within government and industry. He has deep experience in developing and implementing complex agreements and projects on a state, national and international level and sourcing funding and development of innovative, early stage technologies. Damien has tertiary qualifications in law, biotechnology, technology management, finance and investment. He was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW in 1998.
As a co-inventor on a patented and ASX listed digital health technology; Grace Lethlean has been actively involved in the development of health technologies from invention, through clinical trials, to commercialisation.
Grace is co-founder and Chief Product Officer of ANDHealth, Australia’s national digital health initiative, accelerating the commercialisation of evidence-based digital health technologies. Grace’s focus is on supporting digital health technologies to meet key investor, partner and customer requirements around clinical and commercial validation.
Grace also supports the sector through numerous state and national Advisory Panels and Committees, is a 2020 SuperStar of STEM, is an inventor on patents in the US and Australia, a published author on digital health commercialisation, a 2022 Churchill Fellow, investigating international best practice in digital health business support and recognised in 2024 as an AFR Women in Leadership.
Paul brings over thirty-five year’s leadership, finance, corporate services and stakeholder management experience across chartered accounting, multi-nationals, state government, local government and not-for-profit Boards, to his role as Chief Financial Officer.
Most recently, Paul developed, implemented and led VicHealth’s 4-year organisational transformation across strategy, people, ICT systems, finance and location including the development and launch of the Victorian Health Promotion Hub. Prior to that Paul led the world’s largest risk management advisor Aon’s local government strategy as National Head of Local Government, following his 18 years at executive leadership level in statutory authorities across state and local government. During that time, as a CFO & Director Corporate Services, Paul led the transformation and alignment of the corporate services of the Building Commission and Plumbing Industry Commission and the introduction of best practice governance across corporate services, municipal planning, and building control at Darebin City Council.
Paul holds a Business Degree majoring in Accounting, an AICD Company Directors Diploma, an AICD Company Directors Advanced Diploma and he is a Fellow of both CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Kim is the GM of Investment for ANDHealth, where she leads the flagship ANDHealth+ program supporting digital health companies along the journey from early product through clinical and commercial validation, reimbursement and go-to-market strategy, and scale-up. Kim brings a global track record in digital health commercialisation, innovation strategy, and digital transformation to this role.
She began her career with Braxton/ Deloitte in North America and Europe, before taking operational roles at an e-learning startup and The Body Shop, where she established the company’s first direct-to-consumer analytics and relationship management function. Kim came to healthcare in 2010 to design and deliver a novel, data-driven support program for cardiovascular patients. In 2015 she helped establish a CTO office in Silicon Valley for AstraZeneca, where she led an external innovation team that partnered with emerging technology vendors and startups to deliver more than a dozen proof-of-concept pilots, including the company's first fully virtual clinical trials. She has held local and global roles in strategy and digital innovation in the pharmaceutical industry and as an independent advisor to start-ups on go-to-market and partnering strategy.
Kim is passionate about working with multi-disciplinary teams to bring healthcare innovation to market, and to promote Australian innovation to the world.
Hayley is an events and stakeholder engagement professional with over 15-years experience in the life sciences sector. During her time at AusBiotech, Australia’s biotechnology industry organisation, Hayley played an important role in investment attraction work and advocating for increased capital awareness and input into the sector through new and expanded programs.
Passionate in the areas of strategic planning, collaboration and building and maintaining valuable partnerships, Hayley has managed major international and domestic events including flagship conferences, international trade missions and investment showcases.
Hayley graduated from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor of Business, and has also previously worked at the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce.
Hayley is excited to join the dynamic ANDHealth team and looks forward to working on impactful programs for the Victorian Connected Health Innovation & Commercialisation Centre (CHICC) to support digital health companies connect and communicate their capabilities through the health, industry and government ecosystem.
Nicole Calder joins ANDHealth as Executive Officer & Executive Assistant to CEO. Nicole comes with over 15 years’ experience supporting CEOs and Company Boards, with a strong industry stakeholder and event management background across sporting organisations such as AFL, PGA of Australia, Australian Grand Prix Corporation, Motorsport Australia, as well as FMCG. Nicole is enthusiastic about the future of digital health and the opportunity ANDHealth provides companies to make a considerable impact to patients across multiple health channels.
Numa graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Science - Global Challenges (Hons) majoring in Genetics. Whilst working at a CRO as a clinical trial coordinator, Numa gained an insight into the world of clinical trials and invaluable experience in project management and stakeholder liaison. Numa has also gained experience working in, and working with start-up companies from her university days, when she founded a company with the goal to eliminate plastic pollution brought about by sanitary pads.
Numa is deeply interested in emerging technologies and the role these technologies can play in bettering the lives of others.
Isabelle has a Master of Biotechnology and Bachelor of Biomedicine (Biotechnology Major) from the University of Melbourne. She is committed to the delivery of innovative technologies and products that have the potential to improve the quality of life for patients. In her role she supports the identification and execution of key de-risking activities for digital health companies within the flagship ANDHealth+ program.
Her prior experience working within digital health start-ups spanned many aspects of the commercialisation journey, exposing her to the unique challenges facing these organisations. Isabelle has worked within cross-functional teams, leveraging her knowledge to help bridge the gap between science, technology, and patient care. Her experience in project management and adaptability have equipped her with the ability to drive successful outcomes within the project team’s she has been a part of.
Alex is an entrepreneurial professional adept at commercialization, innovation, and partnerships, drawing from over a decade of global business experience and a diverse background in biomedical sciences, wine technology and retail commerce. With certifications in agile and ethical practices, his expertise centres on collaborating with impact-driven ventures grounded in cutting-edge advancements in science and technology, all in pursuit of shared value creation.
Max is passionate about the intersection of biomedicine, technology and finance. As Lead Analyst, Max works cross-functionally across the business to uncover industry insights used to position ANDHealth as a leader in the digital health ecosystem. Max also supports the evaluation of digital health companies and is a member of the ANDHealth+ team responsible for deploying MRFF funding to SMEs through the non-dilutive investment program ANDHealth+. Prior to ANDHealth, Max worked at CSIRO Futures, CSIRO’s strategic advisory arm, where he was responsible for translating emerging scientific trends into strategic insights for industry and government clients spanning Health & Biosecurity, Future Industries and Energy & Resources. Max holds a Bachelor of Biomedicine (Biotechnology major) from University of Melbourne.
Jo commenced with ANDHealth in March 2024, bringing over seven years’ experience in the healthtech sector. As Director of CHICC and National Events, she is dedicated to delivering value to Australian digital health startups while fostering growth and connectivity across the Victorian healthtech ecosystem.
Prior to joining ANDHealth, Jo served as Events and Projects Manager at BioMelbourne Network, where she honed her skills in managing diverse industry events and projects. Before her time at BioMelbourne Network, Jo led a dynamic 12-year career as an underground resource geologist, working across Australia and abroad.
Holding a Bachelor of Science from the University of Auckland, and Diplomas in Project Management and Event Management, Jo blends her scientific background with a passion for startups, medical technology, and corporate events.
With a degree in Health Sciences majoring in Health Promotion and Nutrition, Tayla has experience working in digital health, the start-up ecosystem and across Public Health both in Australia and the UK. Tayla has a strong passion for program management and Community and Industry engagement.
Tayla is the Program Director - LaunchVic at ANDHealth. Tayla has been at ANDHealth for the last two years working closely with the VP Program Design to achieve ANDHealth's program activities, events and communications.

Bianca is a marketing professional with 10+ years of experience across social media content and strategy, communications and graphic design. She holds a Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication) and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing.
At ANDHealth, Bianca leads the organisation’s organic social and digital marketing strategy, leveraging high-quality content, impactful stories and a few too many emojis to drive engagement. Karen holds a Diploma of Accounting, is a Certified Xero Advisor and has over 30 years of experience supporting small businesses with bookkeeping, including NFP organisations. At ANDHealth, Karen is assistant to the CFO. She also holds a Cert IV in Visual Arts likes to experiment with pastels and practice yoga in her spare time.
As Operations Director at ANDHealth, Jenna works cross-functionally to level-up employee experience, operational efficiency and data management.
She’s a people-focussed problem solver, and loves enabling teams to multiply their impact for good. Her knack for strategic thinking and influential communications was honed over 8 years in public policy advocacy in the energy sector, before she was drawn to the ambition and altruism of the start-up ecosystem. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science and Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communications, and is an alumnus of Startmate’s Women Fellowship and the Venture Institute program.
Over his 35 year career Gavin has been a leader and champion of Medical Technology in Australia/NZ and Asia. He has also played lead roles in Industry Bodies, Innovation Initiatives and Not for Profit Boards. Gavin is strong advocate for Gender Equality and Indigenous Engagement.
Gavin is currently CEO of Omnigon, a private Australian company in the Ostomy Care market. He is Chair of ANDHealth (Australia’s National Digital Health Initiative), Board Director for Bowel Cancer Australia and Board Director for SAN Foundation. Gavin is a proud member of the Champions of Change Coalition Health group, sits on SBE Life Sciences Council and ARCS Signature Program Advisory Board, and serves as an Ambassador for Rotary Oceania Medical Aid for Children (ROMAC).
Previously, Gavin was Managing Director Australia/NZ and Vice President Asia Pacific for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices, Chair of the Medical Technology Association of Australia, Governor of American Chamber of Commerce, Co-Founder/Chair of Macquarie Park Business Coalition (in partnership with United Way) and Australian Co-Chair of the Health Technology Sector Group of the Australia/NZ Leadership Forum.

Charlie is an investor, adviser, and entrepreneur in the areas of innovation, science, research and commercialisation. He has over 20 years’ experience working in commercial, academic, and policy settings, and has been invited to speak at conferences in this field in the US, Europe and Asia. Until early 2020, Charlie was the inaugural permanent CEO of the Office of Innovation and Science Australia (now the Office of Industry, Innovation and Science Australia), a role which supported the ISABoard in delivering its mandate to provide strategic advice, program oversight and public advocacy for Australia’s Science and Innovation system. Charlie has a longstanding interest in the creation of new technology-based ventures, having previously been a member of the Investment Committee of the Venture Capital fund Uniseed, and more recently a co-founder of the Melbourne Accelerator Program. He serves on the investment committee for the commercialisation fund of the Murdoch Childrens’ Research Institute and is a mentor and investor at Moonshot Space Accelerator.
Kate Quirke has more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare information sector. Her background includes senior management roles with several global healthcare software firms. Kate’s experience includes product management, operations delivery and business development, including having developed international markets for Australian developed software.
As Group Managing Director of Alcidion, Kate leads the various elements of the business with a particular focus on sales and marketing and developing business relationships with customers and partners across the world. She is also one of a small number of female CEOs of an ASX listed health technology company, giving her a unique view into the later stage capital markets facing ANDHealth’s program participants.
