This event is delivered in collaboration with the Australian Medtech Manufacturing Centre (AMMC) – an initiative of the Victorian Government, and hosted by CHICC.
Partnering with health is essential for the development and adoption of Victorian medtech solutions. Health partners play a vital role in informing innovators on emerging demand trends, product-market fit in real-world clinical settings, clinical validation, and local and global market pathways.
Join ANDHealth, the Australian Medtech Manufacturing Centre (AMMC) and expert speakers for an in-depth discussion on collaborating with health to grow the Victorian medtech manufacturing sector. Moderated by Professor Ian Meredith AM and hosted by the Victorian Connected Health Innovation and Commercialisation Centre (CHICC), this session will highlight innovative collaboration approaches between health and medtech sectors, delve into key success factors to strengthen local medtech manufacturing, and discuss strategies for overcoming challenges in health procurement.
Through data-driven insights on forward demand trends, AMMC partner Monash Health, will explore how innovators can align their products for market need and procurement success. Safer Care Victoria will discuss the value of clinician-led innovation through partnership to address critical health challenges. You’ll also hear firsthand experiences from local medtech innovators who are navigating the complexities of the manufacturing and procurement landscape.
