  • CHICC workshops are free to Victorian Digital and Digitally Enabled Medical Technology Companies thanks to the support of the Australian Medtech Manufacturing Centre and the Victorian Government Department of Jobs Skills Industry and Regions.  
  • All participating companies will be required to participate in post-workshop surveys as a condition of registration. Companies which do not complete post-workshop surveys may be required to pay a registration fee for any future workshops. 
  • Numbers are strictly limited with only 30 seats available at each workshop. 
  • ANDHealth reserves the right to allocate limited availability to maximise the number of companies that will benefit from the program.

Carla Zampaglione, Managing Director, Sento Solutions

Expert Usability Engineer | Croissant Connoisseur

Carla, a former mechanical engineer with international product development experience, founded Sento Solutions, a consultancy specialising in Usability Engineering (UE) and Human Factors (HF) for medical devices and digital healthcare products.  

As the only company in Australia exclusively offering these services, Sento has become an industry leader, contributing to over 30 successful medical device and SaMD developments. Carla oversees client relationships, industry partnerships, accelerator collaborations, and mentoring programs. She excels in user research, usability study facilitation, and deep regulatory knowledge.  

Carla also sits on Swinburne's Centre for Design & Innovation advisory committee and enjoys mentoring STEM students, teaching spin classes and leveraging her qualifications as a French Pastry Chef.
