Today, Bronwyn Le Grice, Founder and CEO of Australia’s only dedicated digital health accelerator and commercialisation support organisation, ANDHealth, has been honoured with the BioMelbourne Network Most Valuable Women in Leadership Award.

The award recognises women who have made outstanding contributions to advancing the biotechnology, medical technology, and pharmaceutical sector, and inspires more women to pursue leadership roles.

With more than 18 years’ executive experience across venture capital, biotechnology, medical devices and now digital health, Bronwyn is one of the first BioMelbourne Network Most Valuable Women in Leadership Award recipients to come from a purely commercial background.

It has been a privilege to work in this sector, where we all bring our collective expertise to develop and commercialise new technologies, which ultimately benefit humanity through improving patient outcomes. Their leadership in this space has been of significant benefit to women working in STEM industries and to the industry as a whole,” said Bronwyn Le Grice.

Now a proven scale up engine room, ANDHealth exemplifies how business approaches and hands on commercial experience can be employed to significantly impact the success of Australian innovation. ANDHealth’s programs are designed specifically to address the unique commercialisation challenges faced by digital health companies. Recent outcomes reported by the 10 cohort companies which participated in the ANDHealth+ pilot demonstrated $28.7M capital raised, 165 jobs created and over 70,000 patients impacted.
